Our counselling agreement

I offer to meet you for an initial session at reduced fee. This gives an opportunity to get a sense of whether you would like to meet for regular sessions. Ideally, we will meet on a weekly basis to begin with. If you give me more than 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation, you won’t be charged for that session. Sessions last for 50 minutes (60 minutes for couples sessions and outdoor sessions). Payment is due on the day of the session. I'm flexible about the number of sessions as each individual’s needs are very different; we can review this regularly.
